Выявляя роль и место программ культурной и креативной индустрии в современной европейской культурной политике, автор ставит вопрос о перспективах их эволюции в рамках социальной теории "устойчивого креативного общества". Исследование опирается на политические программные документы Европейского Союза. Реконструкция концептуальных оснований политических программ реализуется посредством актор-сетевой теории. Монография адресована исследователям культурной политики и всем интересующимся развитием современной социальной теории. The monograph delineates the main tendencies of the EU cultural policy development. Revealing the role and place of cultural and creative industries programs in the contemporary European cultural policy, the author raises the question concerning the perspectives of their evolution in the framework of the social theory of "sustainable creative society". The research conclusions are derived from the analysis of the EU political program documents. The reconstruction of the conceptual foundations of political programs is fulfilled by means of the actor-network theory.
